3-4 pound pork shoulder, butt or loin - defrosted
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups BBQ sauce

Ingredients
- (3-4lbs) Boston Butt Roast
- (1 teaspoon) Garlic Powder
- (1 teaspoon) Onion Powder
- (1/2 teaspoon) Salt
- (1/2 teaspoon) Black Pepper
- (2 cups) BBQ Sauce
- Fresh Coleslaw
- Pickles
- Slider Buns
Directions
- Place the pork in the crockpot.
- Rub the spices onto the pork.
- Cover the pork with BBQ sauce, making sure to allow some to drip into the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
- Shred the pork with two forks and add more BBQ sauce as needed.
- Toast your slider buns.
- Add shredded pork to the bun along with your choice of toppings such as coleslaw, pickles or cheese.
- Enjoy!
