Pulled Pork Sliders
3-4 pound pork shoulder, butt or loin - defrosted 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 2 cups BBQ sauce slider buns coleslaw pickles

Ingredients

  • (3-4lbs) Boston Butt Roast
  • (1 teaspoon) Garlic Powder
  • (1 teaspoon) Onion Powder
  • (1/2 teaspoon) Salt
  • (1/2 teaspoon) Black Pepper
  • (2 cups) BBQ Sauce
  • Fresh Coleslaw
  • Pickles
  • Slider Buns

Directions

  1. Place the pork in the crockpot.
  2. Rub the spices onto the pork.
  3. Cover the pork with BBQ sauce, making sure to allow some to drip into the crockpot.
  4. Cover and cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
  5. Shred the pork with two forks and add more BBQ sauce as needed.
  6. Toast your slider buns.
  7. Add shredded pork to the bun along with your choice of toppings such as coleslaw, pickles or cheese.
  8. Enjoy!
